A story in the New York Times compares it to TurboTax. It doesn’t offer legal advice but aims to simplify the process.
EstateExec focuses on guiding consumers, offering them an interactive way to list and track financial assets and accounts as well as individual items such as jewelry.
It also provides a timeline, with a list of tasks to be accomplished.
But the site notes that, while helpful, you will need a lawyer if the estate is at all large.
