Pasadena Law Group Client Care Program

Have you heard stories about estate plans that don’t work? Has someone you know had to struggle with unnecessary legal hassles after someone close to them died? Well, we don’t want this to happen to you!

Our goal is to provide you — our clients — with the most effective estate plan possible. We strive to create plans that address all your concerns and help you realize your dreams. Unfortunately, even the most carefully prepared plans can become vulnerable over time. Why? To begin with, governments constantly change critical tax and inheritance laws. More than fifteen federal tax changes have taken place since 1980 alone, and many more are scheduled in the near future. Similar uncertainty surrounds the rules governing disability planning, healthcare law and real property ownership.

Then there are your personal circumstances
to consider. You change, your family changes. People get married and divorced, have children, develop financial problems or personal problems, experience triumphs, get older, face disability, and pass away. People move, buy and sell houses and businesses, earn wealth or receive inheritances. The fact is, change is a part of life, which means your estate plan must change as well.

Ultimately, we hope that our Client Care Program will give you and your loved ones peace of mind.

Here is what you will receive by participating in the program:

  • A review of your estate plan every three years
  • Compliance with changing legal and tax requirements to ensure your plan works the way it is intended
  • Unlimited telephone consultations with us about any legal matter related to your estate plan
  • All educational materials we develop relating to your family and your plan
  • A free 30-minute consultation with your successor trustee and other helpers.

How important is this program?

Just how important do we think this program is? We automatically enroll all our new trust-based planning clients in the program through the end of the calendar year. We feel we cannot in good conscience claim to provide a plan that will work for you without regular updates.

We believe our Client Care Program is in your best interest, and ours, because we care deeply about the well-being of you and your family.
